Rev. David
Drake, Rector
David is a native of New
Canaan, Connecticut. After graduating from Northwestern
University, he worked for FOCUS (Fellowship of Christians
in Universities and Schools) for 11 years in Baltimore,
Washington, and Boston. He received his Masters of
Divinity at Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry
and is presently an ordained priest in the Anglican Church. David has a
passion for evangelism and leadership development
initiatives and is a gifted teacher with contagious
faith and natural leadership. He and his wife, Kristin,
have three young daughters, Keating, Gracen, and Annie.

Ger Jones, Associate Rector 
Ger, a native of England, spent several years of his childhood in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating with a law degree from Bristol University in England, Ger practiced corporate law for four years in London and then worked as a brand manager for four years with Procter & Gamble in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2004, Ger accepted the call to seminary at Regent College, Vancouver . While at Regent he was accepted as a Fellow into the Sandy Ford Leadership Foundation. Having graduated with a Masters of Divinity, Ger joined the Pastoral Staff of Holy Trinity July 1, 2007. He was ordained to the priesthood in the Spring of 2008. Ger has a deep love for people and his passions include preaching, small groups, evangelism and helping others grow in their love for Christ. He is married to his Australian wife, Lizzie, and they have two young daughters, Amy and Naomi.

Susan Finch, Office Administrator
Originally from New Jersey, Susan received a bachelor’s degree
from Susquehanna University and an M.A. from Bucknell. Married to John, a bona fide Southerner, she has three wonderful sons, David, Danny and Andrew and a fantastic stepson, Forrest. Susan has previously been a journalist, a marketing director for a radio station, an international banking secretary, a mortgage loan closer and has managed rock bands and a law office. She is very happy to finally work for Jesus!

Anne Thompson, Finance Manager 
Although Anne grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, she fell in love with North Carolina after attending summer camp in the North Carolina mountains. Anne graduated from Duke University with a degree in economics. Before becoming a mother, Anne worked as a commercial banker and bank product manager for several years. She and her husband Stuart have lived all over the country and in Canada, but are thrilled to call Raleigh their home for 9 years. Anne was at home with her daughters, Lindsay and Grace, while they were young. She now enjoys balancing her part-time work at Holy Trinity Church with her family responsibilities. Anne loves to play tennis and swim in her free time.
